Client Service Policies

In order to fulfill our aspiration to spearhead our industry, we have reinforced our governance and compliance procedures.

​Our policies prohibit employees who have gained access to confidential client information from providing services to competitors in areas where such information could be used competitively. This restriction remains in place for as long as the information remains valuable from a competitive standpoint.


In addition to managing potential staffing conflicts, we adhere to a set of conflict-management protocols when working with public-sector clients. These protocols extend beyond our own internal requirements to encompass the conflict-of-interest guidelines set forth by our government clients. We regularly assess potential conflicts, both actual and potential, in accordance with these guidelines.
